Best Projection TVs

Can anyone tell me if there is a store where I can get a UHP 120Watt Lamp for a projection tv? I have tried nearly everywhere but cant find them, anyone got any ideas? thanks

I have a JVC HD-Z56RX5 TV. The bulb is out and I am looking for a replacement lamp online. The bulb model in the instruction manual is TS-CL110C. When I search this online I only find TS-CL110UAA. Is this model compatible?

i have a 56″ rear projection hdtv from jvc, model # 56g886. I was told the lamp would run out after about 2,000 hours of use. After using it for maybe 4 hours a day for one year, i tried to turn it on and it wouldnt turn on, just the led and the power light were blinking rapidly. According to JVC’s website, this means the lamp has burnt out. I tried turning the tv on again, and now it works fine. Does this mean my lamp is close to going out, or just a freak coincidence? I would rather not order a lamp if nothings wrong, as they run about $300. But I also don’t want to wait a week with no tv while a new lamp is in the mail. Thanks for your time!!!!

I have a Sony Bravia KDF-50E3000 LCD projection TV and I just got the on-screen warning saying the lamp was dying and that I should replace it soon. I called all of the local Sony dealers and none of them have the lamp in-stock.

My question is, how long do I have before the lamp gives up? My screen hasn’t gotten any darker yet, a couple of hours after the warning. The reason I ask is because I want to be able to watch my TV for Monday Night Football. Huge game between the Pats and the Saints

I won’t be able to have one shipped in time for this game, so I want to know if I should just buy a new TV or if this lamp is going to last until then. Missing this game is NOT AN OPTION, nor is going to a sports bar.

I have 57inch mitsubishi tv and it keeps shutting down on me if i watch it longer then a hour…..So i guess i need to change the lamp…..I have never changed the lamp….can anyone give me exact detail on how to change the lamp? or is this something i should let a professional do?

I changed the lamp with a manufactures projection lamp but the picture did not change very much is there any thing else I can do?

on a Panasonic TV.

I bought the tv back in march of 06, and I have not had any problems with it yet. But I have heard people are having lamp issues with it, so I am worried that I may have the same problems. I bought it for 2500, and was wondering if you guys think it was a good deal at the time. I bought it at costco and it came with the stand. I am curious also if that model was the correct one for the time I bought it. Which was march of 06. I hear people saying that they bought there in mid 05, and was wondering if I bought a year old model that I payed the full price for. Anyone who has either bought this tv or has info on it info on it, I would like your thoughts..Thank you very much

i bought this new 50” sony bravia projection tv and just wondering if any one has any idea whats life of a UHP lamp? the store said 1-15 years!!! whats sort of estimate is that ? minimum is 1 year!?
have any of you using same or similar tv ? what precaution i should take to make this lamp life longer?

I looked at the owner’s manual and it does not tell me where to order it from. I looked at the JVC website with no luck.

Is there anywhere I can get this replacement lamp from?
