Sourround sound help?
I have a sourround system an older model and a rear projection tv that has dish network. How do I connect the surround sound I can hear the radio parts and dvd plays but no sound when on av/tv need help the system is atleast 7 years old so it is nothing fancy…Just want it to play on the tv thanks for any help if you have diagrams or can give step by step in lame mens terms will be appreciated…..Thanks again

Hook only the dvd’s audio up to the surround system, and the yellow RCA cable from the dvd to the yellow TV input. There should be an audio out on the dvd player and an audio in on the surround system. Most systems are connected by RCA cables (red and white cables)
