my sony projection tv keeps loosing picture,and now won’t even turn on,why?
i bought this tv from a friend of mine for dirt cheap…i wanted something for my bedroom…at first the tv would work for good hour and then the picture would disapear, but audio still worked…lately the tv would work only for like a minute before it lost its picture…i opened the back and turned the tv on today…after 5 minutes a heard noise and the tv shut down….something burned out..i could smell it…what do i do? plz help…igor

A typical problem with Sony TV’s. Biggest issue they have is the tuner goes out. Most TV repair guys can fix it pretty easily as they deal with it regularly. Dirt cheap huh? Remember. You always get what ya pay for. Hope this helps.
