How do you turn on HDMI cables? (for PS3)?
I have a Sony 1080p WEGA Projection TV, and I want to connect an HDMI cable between the TV and my PS3. I go to the display settings and try to use HDMI, but the screen goes blank and returns to the standard settings. I know I probably have to turn on the HDMI cable, but I have no idea how to do this. I’m presuming it is through the TV. Does anyone know how, and maybe specifically with Sony TV’s?

1. Connect the hdmi cable to both your ps3 and your tv.
2.Turn your tv and ps3 on
3. Change the output on the ps3 to hdmi.
4. change your tvs input to the hdmi setting
do these four things and you should be good to go.
