No. Plasmas do not have replaceable bulbs and do not need to be recharged. You buy it. You use it for 20 years. Then you buy a new TV. Buying a Plasma is just like buying a CRT (tube). They will look great, work great, and just slowly wear out over the years (good sets from Panasonic are rated to 100,000 hours).
Only DLP and projectors have lamp that you can replace. Plasma, LCD and LED are one piece and no lamps to replace.
