May be a main board problem!
Toshiba projection TV’s seem to have an problem with their main boards and is quite a big issue! I recommend contacting Toshiba for further assistance.

have you changed the lamp? They go bad after a year or so. Pull the old one and look at it and see if it’s not bad. If you cannot tell, then take it to a shop and have a tech look at it.
